When last we left our kidnapper and kidnapped, they were zombie extras together which inevitably leads to confessions and love.
Min has a new Q kink!
He’s set up a surveillance camera to watch Q while at work. Q is good for it. They are perfect for each other.
Now that he’s Min’s boyfriend instead of kidnapped, Q wants to move in officially. They go to Q’s place to get his stuff. Min finds the “Q” necklace from their failed ransom.
Q’s Dad calls and, with his usual parental concern, tells Q to go to Vancouver because of danger. Min overhears but pretends he doesn’t.
Q has a kink too. He dresses Min in his clothes and necklace. They spend the day at Q’s old haunts, a mall and a bar. Min is soft and cute.
Back home, he wants to know something about Q that he doesn’t know. Q tells him he doesn’t like being alone but chooses it because he’s not strong enough to lose anyone again. He didn’t expect to grow so close to Min and Mhen.
Didn’t we already know this? But Min doesn’t complain. He doesn’t want Q to go to Vancouver and is prepared to protect him. Q says Min promised not to let go of his hands, and he won’t let go of Min’s either.
If you think everything is fine now, you haven’t watched enough BL
Min leaves for work, reassured by an undercover officer watching the house. But Yada’s heading to court and pissed. She confronts Q’s Dad and shows him Suea garroted over video chat.
At work, Min sees Q drag Mhen away on the surveillance camera. Q grabs a bat and confronts some people.
We get an onscreen “30 minutes earlier” that makes no sense. It’s more like 5 minutes earlier. Q sees bad guys outside. His Dad is in court with Yada, who threatened to kill everyone unless he suppresses evidence. Q shoves Mhen in the bathroom and grabs the bat, again.
The editing acts like Q’s Dad might lie to protect him but he won’t. Q gets beaten and Mhen panics as the bad guys get closer. Q follows and gets thrown down, hitting his head hard.
Min arrives and beats everyone up. Someone has a knife but suddenly Suea isn’t dead and he has a gun. Q’s Dad submits the evidence in court, but Q is unconscious. No amount of Min and Mhen yelling his name wakes him up.
Don’t worry, Q’s fine
Q’s Dad does the expected and asks Min to help him get Q to Vancouver. He knows Q loves fiercely without caring about consequences but doesn’t love himself enough to love anyone else. Q’s dad is a cold-hearted monster.
Min, upset after seeing Q hurt, agrees. When Q gets discharged, Min takes him to his Dad’s. Min says he can’t see Q hurt again and can’t risk his brother’s life. Q wants to know if he goes to Vancouver, will they break up? Min says they love each other too much so yes. I don’t get that.
Min walks away but breaks down outside the gate.
4 days later Q goes to Min’s place. The sale sign is gone and insider it’s mostly empty. He sees the surveillance camera and cries, asking where Min is and why he ran away. Min is watching and crying.
That’s not it for the crying
Q tries to find them. By luck, he runs into Jeen outside their place talking to Mhen via video chat. He uses her phone to call Min, who tells Q to move on and forget him. Jeen watches awkwardly. Q wants to know if Min and Mhen are doing okay, Min says yes and hangs up.
Min isn’t fine, he’s crying, fondling his “Q” necklace, and looking at pictures of Q.
Q is nearly ready for Vancouver but overhears Suea talking to his dad about Min and bursts in. Somehow he gets Min’s address from them. This makes no sense to me.
But it gets Q to Min and Mhen in Chonburi
Min agrees to let Q stay one night. Q makes no promises.
Mhen mentions to Q that there’s a scary ghost that cries every night. Cute. Q apologizes for getting Mhen in trouble, but Mhen points out that Q is a victim too and just born into it. It’s like Mhen’s bad heart. What a good kid.
While Q sleeps, Min puts ointment on his wound. This is part of the kink. While Q sleeps, Min rescues him from sleepwalking danger, apologizes for breaking their promise, and forehead kisses him. But Q was faking it and knows Min has been too.
The next day Q says his car is broken.
It’s take your boyfriend-not-boyfriend to work day
And try to get him fired by interfering and cutting your foot. Min isn’t happy.
But everything is fixed with PPL. Q explains he didn’t leave because he remembered their talk about being zombies, and that Min would want him to be safe. But for Q being alone and miserable isn’t an option. He apologizes for being selfish, but he’s a zombie now and Min can shoot him or let him bite him. I mean, Min should let him bite him, right?
The car is fixed, but Min won’t let Q return with a hurt foot. Min takes Mhen and Q to the aquarium to patch things up. Min apologizes and Q admits he heard him and knows he’s been caring for him during sleepwalking. There’s a kiss under fish!
Later, they’re at the beach when fireworks go off. Q panics and Min runs to him. But Mhen is also panicking.
Q’s turn to get cold feet!
He tells Min he’s leaving for Vancouver. Min should choose Mhen, and Q will return to being alone.
Q drives away, crying. Min follows on his motorcycle. He forces him to pull over and hugs him. Min was miserable without Q. He asks if they can work together to fix things and if he’ll stay with him. Q nods.
There’s more crying but it’s happy crying now. They get back home, make out, and have sex!
I hope that got the noble idiocy out of their system
I wish Jeen, Suea, or James had told Q where to find Min. All three are underwritten. James is interesting with his casual attitude toward murder and hiding in the bushes. Suea might be a zombie and occasionally saves the day with a gun. Jeen can appear anywhere. There could have been an interesting scene that revealed something substantial about any of them. That would be better than the sloppy way he found out.
Considering how often Min’s house has turned into a battleground, I think concern about the situation is warranted. I don’t like Min breaking his promise as a solution. I’m not sure what got him to change his mind, was it bandaging Q’s foot? Min seems into taking care of him so, maybe?
Q’s impulsive run is in keeping with his character.
And I’m glad that Min mentioned working together to fix things, rather than just him protecting Q. That feels like real, healthy relationship progress. I want to see them work together to defeat Yada, Mhen’s heart problems, Q’s panic attacks, and everything else!
